    • Who can order from the internal merch store?
      • Only active employees of JJ Rhatigan in Ireland and the UK can access and place orders on the store.
    • Can I try on clothing before I buy?
      • Yes, employees are encouraged to try on clothing using the pop-up shop service before making a purchase.
    • What happens if my purchase exceeds €250?
      • If your purchase exceeds €250, you can pay the additional cost using a credit/debit card.
    • How long will it take to receive my order?
      • Orders will be received 5-6 weeks after the close-off period. The first bulk order includes a 3-week window for employees to place their orders, accounting for employees on Annual Leave, etc.
    • Can I track my order?
      • Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status.
    • Are there any shipping fees?
      • Shipping fees are covered by JJ Rhatigan.
    • What about Customs charges?
      • No customs charges are applied to JJ Rhatigan employees.
    • Can I amend my order after it's placed?
      • No, orders cannot be amended once they have been placed.
    • Can I cancel my order once placed?
      • No, you cannot cancel your order once placed.
    • Will I be notified if an item is not available?
      • Yes, if an item is unavailable, you will be notified via email by customersupport@swaghut.com.
    • Can I carry over my unused allowance to the following year?
      • No, any unused allowance does not carry over to the next year. Be sure to use your full allowance before your allocated expiration date.
    • Is the price on the store including VAT?
      • Yes, the pricing includes VAT.
    • Can I return or exchange items?
      • Returns and exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged products. Requests must be made to customersupport@swaghut.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
    • How do I get support for any issues with the store?
      • For any general store-related queries, please contact SwagHut's dedicated support team at customersupport@swaghut.com.
      • For any questions relating to store vouchers, please contact the JJ Rhatigan HR Team internally.
    • How is employee data handled?
      • Employee data is protected in compliance with relevant data privacy regulations and is only used for processing orders.
